We deliver parcels to the UK and International via Royal Mail.  We aim to process and despatch all orders within 3 working days of your order placement date.

 

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays. Please allow extra time during season launch or sale season for dispatch due to the increase in orders we will have to process.  Once orders are despatched, we are unable to cancel or change delivery the delivery address, please ensure that all details are correct when placing your order.  You will receive an order confirmation e-mail to confirm you have placed your order.

 

UK and International orders are sent via Royal Mail, we operate on a tracked service that may require a signature upon delivery.  If delivery is unsuccessful Royal Mails default secondary attempt is to leave the parcel with a neighbour if the recipient is not available. Please take this into account when placing your order.


UK orders as standard are delivered in 2-5 working days, International 7-14 working days.  Orders Cut-off Time 3 PM (GMT). Any orders dispatched after 3PM will be in the next day's collection.
